JUST BARBECUING

JUST BARBECUING first emerged on the Big Island of Hawaii in 2010. Award Winning Chef Mike created and designed our recipes and concept and things just took off from there.


Our Rubs quickly made a name for themselves, in 2011 we won 1st place in the Kona Coffee Festival, Hawaii's Oldest Food festival, for our Premium Rub on our slow smoked Brisket, made with ingredients that include cocoa and premium roasted coffee.


From there we made a splash in the great state of Alaska and now we are back in the the continental USA. Our mission is to provide a great quality product while always keeping it fresh and fun.
