Grilled Cedar

planked salmon

1 Cedar plank , long enough for a whole Salmon Fillet (12 x 8)

1/2 Cup Olive Oil

1/3 Rice Wine Vinegar

1/2 Cup Sundried Tomatoes

1/4 cup fresh chopped herbs:parsley, tarragon or oregano

3 tablespoons Royal Rub

1 Salmon Fillet, 2 lbs, about 1 inch thick

First soak your cedar plank in water Soak 2- 3 hours. Heat your grill to medium heat. Rub the Salmon with Royal Rub thoroughly.

Mix oil, vinegar, 1/2 the sundried tomatoes, herbs, set aside . After brushing the cedar plank with oil, top with the Salmon. After 10 minutes, add dressing mixture to top of Salmon, cook for another 10 minutes.   Enjoy!



Turkey Burger

1 pound ground turkey

4 links, or ground, Italian Turkey Sausage

2 tablespoons Gentle Rub

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

2 teaspoons Dijon mustard

1 tablespoon Olive Oil

6 Hamburger Buns

Place all ingredients in a large bowl, mix well and form into patties.  Set aside. Preheat grill, grease grill and when hot- place burgers on grill and cook for 5 minutes, flip and cook for another 3-4 minutes.

Grill the buns and add your favorite condiments!
